Each apartment undergoes an extensive preparation process before move in. The walls are painted, fixtures and shelving are removed for cleaning, professional cleaners clean each unit, and carpets are professionally cleaned. Management checks over this process to ensure high quality.
We have three convenient ways of letting us know service is needed. You can place a request for maintenance online in your resident portal, call the leasing office during normal business hours, or call emergency maintenance for after hour service.
We encourage our residents to make this their home and decorate the apartment with a few guidelines. We ask that all nails are small finishing nails or hooks. You are not required to patch the holes upon move out and would only receive a charge for using improper hardware for hanging. All other alterations can be submitted in writing for approval.
We have a 24-hour fitness center with free wi-fi, swimming pool with large sundeck open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Garages with remote access are offered. Dish Network and High-speed internet services are available. 24-hour Emergency maintenance, package receiving, free parking, clubhouse with free wi-fi, recycling, blinds included, and a washer and dryer included in each unit at no additional cost.
We are conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. We also enjoy fast access to I-57 and I-74, which connects you to Carle Hospital, The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Yahoo.
